Description
This ripasso of a ruby red color releases intense aromas of red fruit and vanilla spices. Elegant and velvety on the palate, with a long and very pleasant finish.
After a first fermentation in stainless steel tanks, towards the end of February the wine is fermented one more time in contact with the skins of the Amarone for about 15 days and passed in oak barrels to mature of 16-24 months. The wine is then further matured in the bottle for 1 year.
