In this terroir our indigenous vines can truly express themselves naturally and give our wines a unique identity.<br \/>\nThe result is a\u00a0 Valpolicella with a vibrant ruby color, aromas of red cherry, berries and light herbal notes. On the palate the wine is juicy, fresh and delicate.<\/p>\n<p>The grapes are hand selected and harvested at the end of September.<br \/>\nThe fermentation on indigenous yeasts takes place in stainless steel tanks.
